I am Christine Hüsler from Unlimited Coaching, and my coaching services are specifically tailored to young adults (age 16 and up) as well as adults who are facing professional decisions, changes, and challenges and need support.

My approach is:

I work as a neutral companion in three roles: consultant, trainer and coach. As a consultant, I support clients in finding solutions in specific areas of expertise. As a trainer, I convey training programs and methods with a specific learning objective and curriculum. As a coach, I guide clients through a professional conversation process with various phases, in which the client determines the goal and develops their own solutions.

My coaching process:
A typical coaching process begins with an initial non-binding conversation, in which we get to know each other and find out if there is chemistry between us. If you decide to work with me, we will jointly define clear goals and develop concrete steps to achieve them. During the coaching process, I accompany you competently and respectfully, ask targeted questions, apply individual methods and theories, and offer feedback. This supports you in expanding your perspective and finding new solutions. At the end of the process, we evaluate your progress together and discuss how you can apply what you have learned in practice.
